The secret to confidence and self-esteem.

As the Greek goddess of love and sexuality, Aphrodite expresses beauty and power. These qualities are embodied in every woman and unleashed in the act of pole and sensual dance. Aphrodite, born from the foam of the raging sea, is an exotic seductress but also represents the deity of affection, warmth and bringing people together. Aphrodite Secrets is a pole and sensual fitness studio that brings people together to experience the beauty within themselves and help each other grow stronger.

Our studio is situated in the heart of Bedfordview, 23 Nicol Road. We focus on the individual and provide a space where everyone encourages, motivates and up lifts each other. It is not just a pole fitness studio but a pole family! It’s a place where women can come to be themselves, gain confidence and form lasting friendships.

Aphrodite Secrets was founded in December 2014 starting with 6 students. We now have 85 students in our pole family. We run pole fitness, sensual fitness and flexi classes 5 times a week and have been rated the top studio of the year 2015 and first runner up for 2016. We were also proudly featured on Top Billing last year.

Our studio encourages everyone to try regardless of age, weight, gender (or any other limitations holding you back) you’ve got nothing to lose and only self-confidence to gain, so why not try it out?
